In 2020, Christos Karampetsos stepped in to help a Milwaukee family business that was losing customers to competitors who showed up on Google first. As its visibility improved and the phone started ringing more often, he saw how many other owners had the same problem and no one explaining it to them in plain words.
That job became Rise Marketing HQ. The work has grown since then, but the idea hasn't changed: find out where a business is losing customers online, fix the parts that matter most first, and show the owner what changed.
We work from our office in Brookfield, just west of Milwaukee, with businesses across Wisconsin, the Chicago area and the rest of the United States. Most of our clients are contractors and local service businesses, plus auto shops and online stores. That focus shapes everything we do in marketing for contractors and trades, from the words on a service page to the calls we track.
